                        can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1

package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix

Water called for on taco seasoning mix package

1/2

cup Old El Paso™ Thick ’n Chunky salsa

1

cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)

1/2

cup shredded lettuce

1/2

cup sour cream

Preparation

Bake biscuits as directed on can.

Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Add taco seasoning mix, water and salsa. Cook about 2 minutes or until hot.

Cut biscuits in half horizontally. Place beef mixture on bottom half of each biscuit. Top with cheese, lettuce and sour cream, followed by biscuit tops.
