Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 small can tomato sauce

2 seven oz. cans kidney beans

1 can Mexican stewed tomatos

1 can whole kernel corn

(other canned veggies like green beans optional)

Preparation

Saute hamburger. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce and mix up. Add beans, stewed tomatoes, corn/veggies, and enough water to make soupy. Simmer until hot. Serve with side of tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Tip: I saute chopped onions with the meat then use spaghetti sauce instead of bothering with the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. This usually gets whatever is left over - including zucchini, cabbage, etc.
