Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

15 oz. can diced tomatoes w/green chiles, undrained

1 onion

1 envelope ranch dressing mix

15 oz. can corn, drained

1 envelope taco seasoning

15 oz. can kidney beans, drained

2 c. water

Preparation

Brown the ground beef and onion until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain and place in slow cooker. Mix rest of ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, cheese or tortilla chips (I like to crush tortilla chips into my soup). Enjoy!
