Ingredients
1 can Rot-Tel (or any type thick salsa)
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Creamed Corn
1 package of dry Ranch Dressing
1 package of dry Taco Seasoning
1 cup of water
1.5 pounds of Ground Chicken (or Beef)
1 pound shredded cheese (for topping)
1 bag of Corn Chips
Preparation
In a large pot (prefer Crock-Pot) add all the canned ingredients (rinse the beans), add the dry ingredients, and 1 cup water, stir together. Cook the meat in a skillet then add to the pot.
Slow cook for 4+ hours. Serve over chips or as a dip with chips on the side. Top with shredded cheese.
