Ingredients

One head home grown red leaf lettuce

shredded. 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half. One bunch garden fresh green onions sliced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1.5 cups cooked pinto beans. One bag Fritos corn chips. Taco seasoning powder.

Preparation

Mix all salad ingredients, including strained pinto beans. Sprinkle with taco seasoning to taste. Just before serving, add Fritos (to keep them from getting soggy). Serve and enjoy. A great favorite with my children.
