Ingredients
1 lb ground beef-use 10/15%fat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. diced brown onion
1 lg. ripe, firm diced tomato
dash cayenee pepper
Toppings:shedded iceberg lettuce, diced onions, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, avacadoes
Preparation
Brown meat, strain from pan on papper towels, add onions to fat in pan and saute until clear. Add meat and all other ingredients, cover and simmer for about 20 min. on low/med heat. Taste and salt.chili to taste.
