Ingredients

4 cups granny smith apples (cubed)

1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple w/juice

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbs. flour

1 egg beaten

2 tbs. apple cider vinegar

8-9 oz. cool whip

1 cup salted cocktail peanuts

Preparation

drain pineapple well reserving juice. Mix juice, sugar, vinegar, flour in sauce pan over low heat until thick. Add beaten egg. Cook till thick. Let cool. Fold in cool whip. Pour over apples, pineapple, peanuts. Chill and serve.
