Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini (well stirred) 

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 

1/2 cup cold water 

1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 

1/8 teaspoon ground pepper 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
