Ingredients
2 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp rosemary (I used dry leaf)
1 tsp honey
1 slice bread (I used pumpernickel rye)

Preparation
Lightly toast your slice of bread in a toaster or toaster oven. Combine tahini, honey and pinch of salt, and spread on one side of the slice of the bread. Crush the rosemary between your fingers to release the oils, and sprinkle on the sandwich along with the crumbled feta. Enjoy.
