Ingredients

1/2 cup sesame paste ( tahini )

1/2 cup water

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin

2 cloves of garlic minced

1/3 cup lemon juice

1.4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Preparation

Mix first tahini + olive oil then add the rest of the liquid ingredients one at the time. Stir in the herbs,garlic, cumin, salt Best if refrigerated for 2 hours for the flavors to mix Serve at room temperature or luke warm Great with any mediterrannean or Middle Eastern dishes
