Ingredients

teaspoon garlic

1-1.5 lb ground chuck

1 can kidney beans

1 can black beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can diced tomatoes with green chili’s hot flavor

1 10-12 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 chili powder mix

Optional at end:

1 bag Shredded mild chedder cheese or taco blend

1 6 oz Sour cream

Preparation

Brown garlic and meat. Drain meat. Add meat and remaining ingrediants (mix together) into crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stirring occasionally throughout day if possible.

Optional: Serve chili with cheese scattered over top and dollop of sour cream.
