Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

2 8 oz salmon

salt

pepper

tajin powder

2 key limes

1/2 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons cilantro, minced

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper and coat with tajin powder. Add garlic to skillet and when it is golden add salmon till just cooked through, about 6 minutes. Remove and cover, add 2 limes and bring to boil removing brown bits from pan, add butter and whisk. Pour sauce over salmon and garnish with cilantro. Serve.
