Ingredients

1 egg

1 tsp chicken bouillon

1 oz. taleggio

pinch of salt

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp oregano

1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Boil water.

  2. Add olive oil, cumin, oregano and salt.

3.Thinly slice taleggio and set aside.

4.Poach the egg for 3-5 minutes, depending how you like it cooked.

5.Remove from water and immediately top with taleggio while the egg is still hot enought to melt the taleggio. Serve immediately
