Ingredients
2 cans of corn
1/2 package of Jiffy Mix
1 1/2 cups of Cheddar Cheese
I can of Hormel Chili w/beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tblsp of Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Preparation
Brown onions, peppers and garlic. Add meant and brown. Add corn, Hormel chili, chili powder, salt, pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Place mixture in a casserole dish.
Make the topping with cornbread mix , 1/2 of Chedder cheese and mik to make it runny. Pour over casserole and bake at 400F for 35-45 minutes
