Ingredients

2 Cans Beef Chili w/ Beans

1 Tube Polenta

1 1/4 Cups Corn

1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese

1 Can Sliced Black Olives

Preparation

Mix Chili, Corn and 1/2 Can of Drained Olives. Cut Polenta in 1/2" thick slices and arrange on bottom of dish. Fill with Chili mixture then top with Cheese and more olives. Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
