Ingredients
24 cooked beef and pork tamales, husk removed
4 C Jack and Cheddar cheese
28 oz diced tomaotes w/green chili
2 C chpd onion
5 tsp garlic pwd
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 - 3 tsp Kosher salt
Preparation
Break tamales into bite size pieces and mix all ingred. Can bake in a bird or bake in casserole dish as a side dish
