Ingredients

4 60z. boneless skinless chicken breats.

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/3 cup plain yogurt

Spices:

2-3 Tbsp. tandoori paste

2 tsp minced ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp garam masala (or 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tspturmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp cardamom seeds)

24 button mushrooms

Cucumbers

Oranges

Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into 4 strips each and toss with lemon juice and yogurt and spices.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Clean mushrooms.

Assemble kabobs mushroom, chicken, mushroom, chicken, mushroom.

Grill/Broil.

Serve with cucumber and orange slices.
