Ingredients
Pizza base of choice, eg fresh dough or pita bread
Tandoori paste
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced capsicum
Diced brown onion
Grated mozarella
Sweet or hot mango chutney (depending upon how hot you like it)
Light sour cream
Fresh BBQ chicken, shredded (best not to use the breast as it dries out too much, so save it for sandwiches)
Preparation
Spread tandoori paste on base, be generous with the cheese, then add the vegetables, top with the shredded chicken, then dollops of mango chutney. Cook in a hot oven until cheese starts to brown. Serve with dollops of sour cream (it cools the spice of the tandoori paste).
