Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2 tbsp oil
smooth peanut butter
8 oz. Hershey Bar
Preparation
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add all other ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate. Mix for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased and floured 17 1/2x 12inch jelly roll pan. (cookie sheet) Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread peanut butter over top in a nice even layer. Use as much as you’d like. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. When cool, spread melted Hershey bar over cake. For best results, cut into squares before chocolate gets too hard.
