Ingredients

12oz. Flour

3 T. Sugar

1.5 t. Baking Powder

.5 t. Baking Soda

.5 t. Salt

3 T. Veg. Oil

2 Lg. Eggs

.5 t. Vanilla

1.5 C. Milk

Preparation

  1. Stir together dry ingred.

  2. Stir in oil, eggs and vanilla.

  3. Mix in the milk to a slightly thick ribbon consistancy and allow to rest.

  4. Set fry pan for 350 F. and oven to 200 F.

  5. Pour 4-5 inch cakes flip when bubbles stop and golden. Keep warm in oven until service or serve right away.
