Ingredients

15 oz can garbanzo beans

15 oz can dark red kidney beans

15 oz can pinto beans

1 cup thawed corn

red onion

2 (4.5 oz) cans green chiles

4 oz jar diced pimientos, drained

1 tsp grated lime rind

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tsp hot sauce

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Drain and rinse all beans. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
