Ingredients
-1 package small elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
-1 can garbanzo beans
-6 oz. canned tuna, drained
-2 medium Klausen dill pickles, diced
-4 scallions, chopped
-1/3 C. parsley, chopped
-1 clove garlic, pressed
-2 T. capers, including liquid
-2 oz. stuffed green olves, halved with liquid
-1/3 C. lemon juice
-1 small container non-fat plain yogurt
-1/2 C. light mayonnaise
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and chill.
