Ingredients

1 lb High quality ground

beef or sirloin

1 cup Fresh bread crumbs

1/2 med onion finely chopped

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp Kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 8-oz can tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

3 TBSP Wine Vinegar

3 TBSP Brown Sugar

2 TBSP Dry Mustard

2 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce

2 TBSP Lemon Juice

Preparation

Mix together ground beef, fresh bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper & 1/2 can of tomato sauce. Blend thoroughly and shape into a loaf. Place loaf in an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 shallow baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing sized bowl and blend well with a whisk. Pour over meatloaf and bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting with the pan drippings every 30 minutes.
