Ingredients

1 clove garlic, coursely chopped

1/3 c. pitted black olives (nicoise or Italian)

2 anchovy fillets

2 T. capers

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

3 T. EVOO

Large pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Place ingredients in food processor and process for 15 seconds or until a rough paste is formed.
