Ingredients

4 cups 1/2-inch diced tomatoes

1 cup finely diced onion

3/4 cup fined diced fresh jalapeños

1 cup lemon juice, or more as needed

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion and jalapeños. Stir to combine. Add lemon juice and season to taste. May be made up to 2 days ahead and refrigerated.
