lb. ground chicken

tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

tablespoon finely chopped onion

tablespoon sour cream
1/8
teaspoon salt

burger buns, split
Preparation
GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except buns; mix gently. (Mixture will be moist.) Shape mixture into 4 patties.
When ready to grill, oil grill rack. Place patties on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 9 to 13 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve in burger buns.
