Ingredients
4 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 to 1 c. low-fat yogurt or mayonnaise
2 T. finely chopped fresh tarragon or 1 t. dried tarragon, crushed
1/4 t. Dijon mustard
Sea salt and seasoned black pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine chicken, celery, yogurt, tarragon, mustard in a large mixing bowl and salt and pepper to taste. Mis well. Cover and chill at least one hour.
