Ingredients

DRESSING:

2/3 Cup Mayo

2 Tbsp. course ground mustard

1 Tbsp. Honey

2 Tsp. Mustard Seeds

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 Tsp. Lemon Zest

SALAD:

2 1/2 Cup(s) diced poached chicken breasts

1/2 cup chopped cashews

1/2 cup chopped celery

3 Tbsp. Red Onion

3 Tbsp. Italian Parsley

2 Tbsp. Tarragon

Preparation

To make dressing: Whisk all ingrediants together.

To make salad: combine chicken, celery, cashews, onion, parsley and tarragon in bowl. Toss with dressing.
