Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter
2 4 ounce lobster tails
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
14-16 toasted French baguette slices
Preparation
Remove lobster from shells and chop. Saute in butter until cooked through. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery, mayonnaise and tarragon. Serve with toasted baguette.
