Ingredients
Smoked haddock 300gm
cucumber 50gm
new potatoes 50gm
chopped parsley
mayonnaise 60ml
salt
avovado fully ripe 2
vinaigrette dressing 50gm
Preparation
- Mix haddock, cucumber, potatoes, parsley,mayonnaiseand season lightly
- place into moulds, set into centre of plates,remove moulds.
- peel avocado cut into halves, remove stones, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice
- Arrange avocado in a fan around the base of the tartare
- Sprinkle the tomato around the plates.
- Garnish the tops with dressing and serve
