Ingredients

1 lb.of bacon

1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice

3 cups of chopped celery

3 cups of chopped carotts

2 cups of chopped onions

soy sauce

Preparation

Cook rice per package directions. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces. Cook bacon in large skillet.Drain off about half of the fat.Steam the vegetables until soft and then mix with rice.Finally you can add soy sauce to it,and BAM!!!!
