Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cup frozen Tater Tots
1/8 cup desired shredded cheese
Preparation
Cook beef and onion in 10" skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat.
Stir soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into 12 x 8" shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes around edge of casserole.
Bake at 425°F. for 20 min. Sprinkle on cheese and cook an additional 5 min. or until potatoes are done.
