Ingredients
2/3# lean ground beef
1 medium diced onion
40oz can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
15oz can kidney beans
1 tbls black pepper
1 tbls chilli powder
1/2 cup chopped celery
3-5 cups thin sliced cabbage
Preparation
Saute beef & diced onion till done. Combine in crock pot with the rest of ingredients reserving the cabbage. Cook on low for 3 hours. Add the cabbage and continue cooking for 60 to 90 minutes.
