Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef browned and drained
1 jar Bertolli Tomato and Basil marinara sauce
1/2 C red wine
1-2 Tb Garlic, ground to your preferred taste (we like Garlic)
2 C Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
2 Tb cornstarch
1/4 C water
Preparation
On med/hi heat, brown and drain ground beef add the garlic, Bertolli sauce,wine and 1 cup cheese, stir to blend, simmer 15 minutes Stirring occasionally add cornstarch and water in small cup then add to beef mixture making sure no lumps are present reduce heat to low simmer an additional 10 minutes or until thick Sprinkle remaing cheese on the top and serve with Kings Hawaiian Bread. Wait for smiles.
