Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli raab, washed and separated

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

freshly ground black pepper

2 dry chili peppers, crushed

Preparation

Cut the stems of the broccoli if they are too long, cut the rest into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, and add the garlic cloves. Add the broccoli, black pepper, and chili flakes. Saute for about 10 minutes.

Serve as a side dish hot or cold, with pasta, wrapped in warm corn tortillas, or cold in a sandwich. Also good mixed with hot white beans.
