Ingredients
½ pkg thai noodles
¼ red - yellow - orange peppers diced
3 large mushrooms - sliced
3 cloves garlic - diced
¼ sweet onion sliced long
¼ red onion sliced long
2 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs mai poi sauce
4 tbs teriyaki sauce
¼ cup peach mango salsa (Costco) or make your own
½ lb prawns - U-16
½ lb sea scallops
Preparation
Cook Thai noodles to package instructions In a large grill wok heat oil. Add onion, garlic and peppers. Saute for 6 min - stirring. Drain noodles and rinse. Stir veggies and sauté 4 minutes more. Add prawns, scallops and sauces - stir Stir and cook 6 minutes Add noodles and stir - cook 4 - 6 minutes - DO NOT OVER COOK SEA FOOD Remove from heat and let sit for 6 minutes. Serve and enjoy
