Ingredients

Olive oil

Dry white wine

Plum tomatoes

Red Pepper

Garlic

Celery

Fish

Shrimp

Red Wine Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Grated parmesan reggiano

Preparation

Heat pan, add olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and celery. Cook until celery becomes tender. Add in white wine.

Add in fish and shrimp. Simmer until fish and shrimp is cooked. Add salt, pepper and red pepper to taste. Stir in red wine vinegar to taste. Stir in chopped parsley.

Serve on top of toasted italian bread, with olive oil drizzled on top. Finish with grated parmesan reggiano.
