Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

11/2 cups chopped onion

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

2 egg whites beaten

1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted

12 chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained of oil

1/3 cup milk

2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary, or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled

2 teaspoons fresh chopped oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix Well.
  3. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake until loaf pulls away from sides of pan and top is golden brown, about 50 minutes.
