2 lbs. sirloin tips or strips if you wish to cut tips to your own size pieces.
Preparation
Use A-1 marinade according to instuctions [if you wish, this does a fine job.] however, to achieve more tender tips with deeper flavor marinade tips in fridge for 24 hours in separate zip lock bags with about 12-15 tips per bag. Cook over medium grill flame turning once to desired doneness.
