Ingredients
Marinade -
1 Cup Tequila
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
Zest of 2 Limes
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
1 Tsp Chili Powder
6 Chicken Breasts, trimmed and flattened out
Preparation
Mix all ingredients of the marinade together. Take trimmed chicken breasts and let soak in marinade for 2 - 3 hours, turning as necessary. Should have an acid-poached look to them when they’re ready.
Heat your grill to 375 to 400. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
