Ingredients

cook al dente: Spinach Fettuccine

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbls minced garlic

1 or 2 minced jalapenos

some butter

1/2 cup CK broth

2 tbls TEQUILA - 100% Agave

2 tbls fresh lime juice

5 tbls soy sause

1 1/4 pounds CK breast (or Shrimp)

1 chopped scallion

1 red bell pepper

2 cups heavy cream

Preparation

Cook cilantro, garlic and jalapenos in 2 tbls butter over mmedium heat for 5 minutes.

Add CK broth, TEQUILA and lime juice. Bring to a boil and cook till paste like; set aside.

Meanwhile Pour soy sauce over diced CK (or shrimp)Let it rest for about 4 minutes.

Add cream to the TEQUILA/ lime paste then CK and soy souce.

Cook Fettuccine(Al Dente)according to the package. When Done toos with some butter.

Boil sauce till CK is cooked through, and sauce is thick.

Garnish with cilantro.
