Corn oil (couple TBSP)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined and cut in half

Lots of green onions (1/2 cup), chopped

1/4 cup tequila

1/4 cup lime juice

Salt

Tortillas

Preparation

Saute above in corn oil Remove from heat Add tequila Heat to boil Put in bowl and cool Stir in lime juice and salt to taste Add cilantro Heat tortillas on grill
