Ingredients

Porterhouse steak, cut into cubes

1 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup sherry wine

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

Fresh island peppers

Sweet Maui onions

Vine ripened cherry tomatoes

Fresh mushrooms

Skewers (if wooden, soak for 20 minutes)

Preparation

Mix soy sauce, ginger, sugar, sherry, and oil together. Marinate kabobs before grilling.
