Ingredients
1 lg egg white, lightly beaten
1/4 c minced scallions
2 tbl soy sauce
2 1/2 grated fresh ginger
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 ground pork or chicken
1/2 c teriyaki sauce
toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
In lg bowl, wisk egg white, scallions, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, garlic & pepper til blended. Add pork & combine. Shape into 30 (1 1/2" balls) Spray lg skillet w/cooking spray & heat over med heat. Add half meatballs & saute 5 min til browned on all sides. Repeat. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place meatballs on parchment lined sheet. Brush w/teriyaki sauce. Bake 8-10 min. brushing w/remaining sauce, til cooked through & glazed. Sprinkle w/sesame seeds.
