Ingredients
2 boneless pork chops
1/2 c soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Preparation
Combine soy sauce, sugar, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper together until dissolved. Heat oil in a skillet until it can easily coat the entire surface. Add soy sauce mixture and lower heat. Add pork chops and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Turn pork chops every 10 minutes.
