Ingredients

1 Large Salmon Filet skin removed

Cooking Spray

Old Bay Seasoning

Teriyaki Sauce

Preparation

Cut the Salmon Filet into 4 sections. Rinse the Salmon and Pat Dry. Preheat an ovenproof skillet on the stovetop getting the skillet very hot.

Season the Salmon pieces generously with the Old Bay Seasoning. Spray each Salmon piece with cooking spray.

Place each piece in the hot skillet seasoning side down. Brown until just crisp (approximately 3 minutes).

Turn the Salmon pieces over so the seasoning side is up. Spread one teaspoon of Teriyaki Sauce over each Salmon Piece and place it in the 350-degree oven.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the Salmon flakes when pulled with a fork.
