Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon ginger, peeled and minced
1/2 cup scallion, chopped
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. May also be used as a great marinade for chicken, shrimp or beef. For glaze: Combine all ingredients into a saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring with wooden spoon until sauce just starts to stick to the back of the spoon. Taste for saltiness. Add more sugar, or Orange Juice to taste. Remove from heat. Add toasted sesame seeds or toasted sesame oil.
