Ingredients
half a pitcher orange juice
1 pound brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1.5 cups teriyaki sauce
1 cup bbq
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup basil
chicken thighs
sesame oil
flour
Preparation
combine oj, sugar, sauces, and seasonings in a pan. Make a roux out of sesame oil and flour equal parts and add to sauce. Steam any combination of veggies and add to sauce. add chicken thighs precooked and serve over white rice.
