Ingredients

1/2 soy sauce

1/4 cup of OJ

3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp of sambal

1/4 cup of molasses

1 tsp of toasted sesame oil

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

I mix the first 6 ingredients and use half as a marinade and reserve the other half. Reduce down the other half of the sauce on a low simmer. As it is reducing add brown sugar and honey to taste. it will be fairly salty as the soy reduces. Make a cornstarch slurry and slowly add to sauce until the right consistency is reached.
