Ingredients

2-3 racks pork spare ribs

12 oz. teriyaki glaze

1/3 c. med. dry sherry

4 tsps. dark brown sugar

1 Tb. fresh ginger, finely chopped

1 1/2 chili garlic sauce

2-3 Tbs. BBQ rub

1 c. hickory smoke chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Rub ribs with rub of choice and pepper. Wrap each rack tightly in foil and set packets on large, rimmed baking sheet. Bake ribs until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Cool 30 mins. in foil, then unwrap and pour juices into a bowl.

Stir teriyaki glaze, sherry, sugar, ginger, and chili garlic sauce in with juices.

Preheat BBQ to med and add hickory chips. Grill ribs until heated through, basting often with teriyaki mix.
